Sabbath a'Brakel: How Satan Plans on Attending the Lord's Supper

The devil knows that the Lord commonly blesses the assembly of believers, the ministry of the Word, and the partaking of the Lord's Supper. Therefore, he goes along to church and will seek to implement his practices upon you there also (IV: 240).

How? and what instruments does he use? Also, does this imply that the devil is semi-omnipresent? I ask this because if 4,000 congregations in the four corners of the globe were all having the Lord's Supper at roughly the same time (taking into account the time/day difference) how could the devil be at all these to do his mischief? He is not even a demi-god, he is confined to a certain space, therefore I do not see how he could. Any thoughts?

Edgar,

a'Brakel goes on to speak out some of the wiles that Satan uses at the Lord's Supper. A couple are sleepiness, and wandering thoughts. Honestly, my a'Brakel is packed at the moment, so I cannot go to the reference to give you more. If you remind me again in a couple of weeks, I will get you a further description from his work.

BTW, This does not imply that the devil is omnipresent or a demigod. It is a common usage of the term 'the devil' for his workers and the work that is done through his minions. Much like you may say that President Bush invaded Iraq, even though he has never picked up a gun to fight there.
