Please pray for me as I attempt to finish this semester . I am having a difficult time managing my time, so I will see you in a week and a half! I also am preaching May 10th at Puritan Seminary, I covet prayer for that as well. See you soon.
Hope it all gets caught up. I will lift up a prayer on your behalf. Don't worry -- we'll still be here when you get back.
Sometimes I think all us bloggers should take a month off from it. Imagine the cleaning we could get done!
God bless,
Chris
PS - I'm so out of the loop. I didn't know a thing about Rob Bell until you left that comment on my Conventicle post. I'm a little better informed now (after reading about 30 Amazon reviews of Velvet Elvis, including Challies's. Bell seems like a pretty typical exponent of emergent/pomo thinking ... I'll defer comment on that for another time :0}

Nate,
Your sermon will be excellent!! Pray for your words to be his words!! It works every time!! Blessings!! Ellie
Thanks for the encouragment. I have found SO MANY things to blog, both here and Life On Union Avenue, since I taken my respite.
But things are going well and the Lord is granting the time and the energy for me to complete those assignments.
I hope to be back to the blogosphere really soon.
Also anyone that wants to hear me preach is welcome to. It is Wednesday at 4pm. PRTS, Leonard Street NE Grand Rapids.
Way to prioritize, Nate, I'm proud of ya... good luck with the rest of your semester.
Press on, brother.
